Breakaway Funding Names C-Level Executives, Veteran Entrepreneurs to Advisory Board

Sausalito, CA—January 14, 2015—Kim Kaselionis, founder/managing principal of Breakaway Funding LLC, today announced the creation of a senior board of advisors whose members will provide expertise and experience to the firm and its clients.

He also represents financial institution holding companies, banks, finance lenders and other financial entities on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters ranging from formation, conversion, corporate governance, operations and regulatory compliance. Mr. Dang holds a B.A. from UCLA, a M.A. from UC San Diego and a J.D. from Santa Clara University.
- George Moskoff, a principal consultant at APG Consulting, is an expert in creating and shaping the customer experience for his clients. A research scientist, he employs a pragmatic approach to create an experiment-driven approach to fixing customer retention and organization-limiting issues. With start-ups such as FaceReflect and established clients such as Target, Moen, ServiceMaster, AT&T, Moskoff is able to blend both traditional and entrepreneurial approaches to the work of developing and growing a business. He is frequently called upon to consult on User Experience (UX) matters because of his research background. He is a graduate of Skidmore College in New York, and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI.
- Tom Nelson, director of sales at Zenergy Works, has spent over 30 years in sales and marketing management, leading teams in media, entertainment, ad agencies and SEO. As the CEO of his own successful marketing company. Nelson the team which built television celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s companies yielding Emmy Award winning television shows, more than 750 retail products and a national non-profit benefitting children. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
- Jean-Luc Servat, principal at Panoramic Capital Advisors, has 34 years of Investment banking experience in the United States and Asia and has held leadership positions with Merrill Lynch and Royal Bank of Canada. During his career as an investment banker, he has advised corporate clients on over 120 merger and acquisition transactions in the United States and overseas as well as more than 90 bank mergers. He has been a frequent contributor over the last two decades to seminars sponsored by the Western Independent Bankers, The Community Bankers of California, the Bank Directors Symposium and the Bank Director Magazine. He holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
- Gary Tobin, principal at TOBIN & Associates, has spent more than three decades in the corporate communications and marketing world. His background includes senior corporate communications positions with American Express Co., First Data Corp., Gulf + Western and the California wine unit of Heublein Inc. A graduate of San Francisco State University, he began his career as a journalist at the San Francisco Chronicle. Since 2004, TOBIN has been based in Marin County, CA, he provides strategic consulting to a variety of banks and credit unions as well regional, national and international businesses and organizations. Previously, while based in New York, he directed IPO communications and financial relations involving First Data Corp, MoneyGram Payment Systems, The Sabre Group (Travelocity) and ANC Car Rental (Alamo and National).
- Paul Weiss, chairman of Fractal Sciences Inc., has nearly 27 years in very large equipment leasing (aircraft, railcars and vessels) and the funding of complex acquisitions worldwide. As a five-time startup entrepreneur, Weiss has broad experience in early stage companies, including presenting to and raising capital from investors; sales and marketing; finance and creating and attaining strategic initiatives. His current company, Panthera, offers extremely unusual leasing, rental, utilization and equipment option programs made possible by its structuring experience and substantial capital.
