In the last month, the husband and wife team, said they had completed a relocation for an executive previously located in the United Kingdom and another one for the CEO of Digg, a fast-growing social news network.

Foundation Rentals and Relocation (www.foundationrentalgroup.com) works exclusively with high-end property owners and potential tenants in Marin, specializing in the $3000 to the $10,000 and up price range.  The firm opened offices in Kentfield in September and has since added to two rental associates, bringing the total number of agents to five.

The Barrows, a husband and wife team, have more than a combined decade of experience in the Marin residential rental property business.

“Property rentals take a very special kind of knowledge and network,” said Darcy, citing special services that Foundation provides clients.  “We now offer use of FLIP camera for spouses to allow them to take video of a property and to show them to family members who may not available to see the home.”

Foundation has also arranged special hotel rates for out-of-town clients and offers concierge organizational services for executives.

One of clients from the UK is an avid family of cyclists,” said Darcy, “and one of our agents is a veteran competitive rider.  So he will be giving them a personal riding tour of the best little known Marin County cycling trails when they settle here.”
