TOBIN & Associates Introduces “Fresh Look”
To Help Companies Increase Value of Websites
San Rafael, CA - June 14, 2006 - TOBIN & Associates, which provides marketing and public relations consulting services, today introduced “Fresh Look,” a service that helps companies maximize the value of their websites.
In the past year, TOBIN has developed and provided content for several new sites and existing ones. “What we found consistently,” said Gary Tobin, agency founder and principal, “was that our clients recognized that the website process also presented the opportunity to refocus business plans and service offerings.
“With ‘Fresh Look,’ we both review current content and examine three-to-five competitive sites to ensure that our clients have a sense of the Internet operating environment in their space. As an independent, third-party we are able to provide an objective review and fact-based improvements,” he said.
Tobin recommends that companies formally review their sites twice a year. “However, in industries with a high rate of technological change or with rapidly developing competition,” he said, “thought should be given to building quarterly reviews into operating plans. The web is a dynamic medium and treating a website like a permanent poster advertisement simply lessens its value and impact.”
“Fresh Look” service can be implemented as a one-time service or as a periodic review process. “The value of the review goes far beyond content and graphic changes,” Tobin said. “It invites innovative thinking and new approaches to business opportunities.”
